Me and my boyfriend spent 4 nights in the Ferienhaus Kraiter to do some hiking in the vicinity of Schladming. We definitely loved our time in Karin and Hans's accommodation and we hope that we will have the chance to visit them again. They were amazing hosts! The communication with them went smoothly, they provided every information that we needed and welcomed us warmly. The accomodation was furnished tastefully and was very well equipped. The Ferienhaus has a good location in Schladming, the center is cca. 5 minutes by walk and there are shops (Billa) and lovely bakeries (Wieser, Lasser) nearby, max. 10 minutes by walk. There are also plenty of hiking routes that start close to the Ferienhaus. We arrived by car and had our own parking lot in the front of the house. Everything was lovely! We could highly recommend this accommodation for both long and short term staying during the whole year.
