Very nice clean rooms, beautiful wooden walls - all what you want from Austrian apartment. Staff was very kind. It was what we have expected.

Kitchen could be more equipped for family cooking, but nothing bad, if you are making easy dish for couple.

Location, balconies, spacious, bright rooms, warm.

The location was perfect...everything was nearby. The view was magnificent and the rooms were very comfy and clean. The host was very polite and communicative. Highly recommend the apartment for families.

The apartment it's situated next to the Happy Lift and 3 minutes from Semmering ski lifts. Parking next to the villa! The host was very nice with us, waiting for us to handover the apartment keys in the late afternoon. The apartment was clean, modern furniture and the bunk beds were very comfortable. Room temperature adjustable between 18-26 degrees, very good heating system. The kitchen had all of the necessary accessories in order to prepare food. Billa market 1 minute far away from the apartment. We had a very good stay!

Fantastic apartment, fully equipped, good location, nice staff. Will visit again!
