In der Küche stand keine Filterkaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Lediglich eine Kapselmaschine war vorhanden. In Zeiten der Müllvermeidung, insbesondere Kunststoff, ist das schlecht. Auf Anfrage wurde keine entsprechende Maschine / einfacher Kaffeefilter zur Verfügung gestellt - SCHADE

We stayed at the "Alpinresidenzen" for the second time and, once again, truly enjoyed our time. The location is perfect if you travel by car, with plenty of activities in the surrounding area and within a decent reach, also accessible by bike. The apartment's modern and cozy design as well as the layout were great, making it very comfortable. We appreciated that most of the windows in Top 4 were equipped with mosquito nets. The property management/ one of the staff members on-site was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to do in the area, etc. We can highly recommend the accommodation, whether you travel as a couple, with friends or with family including kids.

Dear Booking.Com-Team, At the time of our booking, the pictures shared on your website related to the Top 4 Apartment included an image of a sauna. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed when we found out that this apartment did not include a private sauna, even though it was one of our main reasons why we decided to come back to the "Alpinresidenzen". By now, we noticed that you removed the picture of the sauna for the Top 4 Apartment - however, for us, this was an extremely disappointing factor upon arrival and during our stay. While speaking to the management of the property, they confirmed the same, mentioning that the sauna picture was posted on your website before. Apart from that, we highly recommend equipping all apartments with portable ACs, fans or other portable cooling devices to make the stay more comfortable during the summer. While we appreciate having experienced a second wonderful summer in Austria, it is unbearable inside the apartment when you try to sleep in the night, when it gets very hot in the wooden apartment. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

הכל, הדירה מושלמת! הדירה מצויידת בכל מה שצריך. מסכו"ם ועד מיקרוגל, תנור טוסטר צנימים ועוד. הדירה הייתה נקייה, הציוד חדש, וכל הדירה נעימה לשהייה. המיקום נמצא באמצע בין אינסברוק לזלצבורג, מרחק שעה נסיעה מכל אחת מהערים הגדולות. מומלץ בחום!

הדבר היחיד שחסר זה רשתות בחלונות, היה בעייתי לפתוח את החלונות בלילה כי יש יתושים וזה קצת מבאס

الهدوء التام والتصميم الخشبي والديكور بالاضافة الى النظافة والبعد ع ضوضاء المدينة انصح به العائلات كونه بالقرب من اكثر من فعاليات وانشطة والاطلاله الجميلة

Le logement était facilement accessible avec parking réservé, pas besoin de chercher sa place. L'endroit est très calme, avec de jolis coins à découvrir. Le service livraison du pain est un bon plus. L'appartement est moderne, très joli et pratique

Les lits sont trop mous. L'absence de volets nous a valu des réveils matinaux et une augmentation de la température dans l'appartement
