"Calm and quiet stay near the center"

The location is near the center, a restaurant is around the corner (they serve extra large wienerschnitzel) and pretty much everything is in biking distance. The property has a nice kitchen, comfy beds, a very nice garden, and while it is near the center it's quiet.
