The host was on hand if/when needed and always happy to help. Communication before our stay was excellent. Haus Savoy is in a central location but quiet - ideal for relaxing.

Location was perfect. Easy walk to the town centre and to the gondola. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and welcoming; also responsive and helpful on email in advance of our stay. I would definitely stay there again!

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable - it wasn't totally flat. But we were so tired after skiing it didn't really make a difference!

"Great place in Kitzbuhel"

Great location, 10 mins walk (without equipment) to bottom of gondola. Plenty of room and well equipped. Good shower although went everywhere! Quiet location but only a short walk from apres ski.

Fridge noisy at night when trying to sleep. Bathroom doesn't have an extractor so very wet on floor after showering!
