A nice room with everthing necessary

Had big troubles getting to the room, the system where you are supposed to call a phone number did not work (my number is not austrian) and their helpline and chat were unresponsive. I had to go through their website and find a different number to call. Was stressful and annoying.

Smooth contactless check in. Comfy bed, clean and quiet apartment. Great location. Great communication with host. Attention to detail - shower gel, dishwasher tabs, caps for coffee machine (70 cent/ piece) which saves you the trouble of having to shop for a cuppa first :-) Will definitely be back.

Close to the city,pleasant apartment

Small complications when entering the apartment(the numbers given for the call was busy for a long time)in the end, we managed to get in,but I think a better solution should be found, because the passengers are tired and want to go to the room as soon as possible and rest and not wait in front of the room and call number that is hard to get(a group of friends was also in front of their room and called when we arrived)One more thing,if I stated the time of arrival,I think it should have been warm in the room,but wasn't.We turned on the air conditioner and go to the city while it warmed up...

"Nice, clean space."

Nice, clean, comfortable space. There is a small oven, fridge and a microwave. No noise from the road with closed windows. There was no internet on the first night, but that was fixed next morning. Anna is very responsive and helpful. Recommended.

You do need to be careful with the arrival instructions because there is no key or code to open the room, and there is no one there outside of office hours to help you. Each time to open your room, you need to call a number from your cellphone which must be registered with booking. Talk to Anna in advance if you might have a problem with making calls and she will accommodate. Overseas travelers can buy a local sim card at Hofer for 3 euros, ask a Hofer staff to register it with your passport and load 7-10 euros which will last for a month or so.
