Moc pěkný apartmánový dům s opravdu velkou a vybavenou zahradou, na které najdete vše možné pro zpříjemnění vaší dovolené. Majitelé Yvonne a Rainer jsou naprosto úžasní, komunikace s nimi je na jedničku a jsou velmi otevření. Dům je v klidné lokalitě vesničky Keutschach, odkud se do 15 minut no kole (které si můžete od majitelů půjčit) dostanete na koupací pláže celkem 4 jezer, takže je i ve strategické pozici pro plánování výletů. Naši dovolenou v Korutanech v tomto apratmánu jsme si opravdu užili.

Pokud si berete vlastní kola, pak jejich umístění je možné pouze venku (dostatek místa ve stojanech). Nicméně je zde instalována plachta na přikrytí, takže pohoda :-) Nádobí či příborů v kuchyni je tak akorát, pokud se chystáte hodně vařit a jíst uvnitř, je možné, že některé nástoje budou chybět. Komunikováno o tomto s majitelem, takže je již možná doplněno.

Nagyon kedves , segítőkész szállásadó és egy jól felszerelt apartman ( hűtőben egy hiideg.sör várja a megfáradt utazót 😎)+ egy nagyon jól kialakított kert amiben A Pingpong asztaltól a Grillen át a medenceig minden van . A strand egy laza séta a falu pedig egy kis ékszerdoboz. Nyugodt környezet, pihenésre sportolásra is alkalmas , tűra útvonalak 100 M távolságban ( én pl jókat futottam az erdőben)

WiFi kicsit instabil

It is in a super location in a peaceful village between Villach and Klagenfurt. You can drive to Minimundus in about 15 minutes, while Monkey Mountain is 25 minutes away. You can say you are in the middle of tourist offerings, with all the necessities like shops and restaurants a few minutes away. The owners are helpful and generous, and their advice helped us a lot with choosing attractions for our kids. Their garden has a trampoline, a pool, a football goal, table tennis, and they own rabbits.

Espresso prices are skyrocketing, and Austrian coffee is mild in taste. So if any Italian is reading this, you have been warned and should prepare in advance.

Clean, comfortable and well furnished apartment. The garden was also lovely, especially for the kids who really enjoyed all of it. It is in a calm location, close to shopping (a spar is 2 min away by car) and some minutes away from lakes. We really recommend to families.

As for the complete experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the accommodation, I simply do not have any comments that could describe the kindness of the hosts, the energy they transmit, and the incredible yard that is so carefully arranged and maintained daily. Pure perfection.

I'm happy that we booked this apartment for our 6 days stay in Keutschach. The hosts are friendly and supportive, the apartment has everything you need and is even pet friendly, so both our dogs felt like home :)

We enjoyed very much staying at Yvonne's and Rainer's place. Even if the apartment was below the ground level it still had windows and natural light. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchen well equiped. The only welcomed addition would be some salt/pepper/sugar in the kitchen. The house has a very generous back yard with a trampoline, swings, sandbox, football goal where the children loved to play. There is also a very nice lake nearby at a few minutes walking distance, and there is also a hiking/biking route in the area. Rainer was also kind enough to recommend the Europa park where the kids enjoyed playing for free on all the nice amenities. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great. The apartment has everything you need. The heating works all the time, great for staying in winter. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a small lake nearby with a swan that came to us every day when we sat by the lake. Quiet and peaceful place, ideal for vacation.
