The member of staff who met us on our first morning was extremely rude and aggressive, we had just unpacked and were taking our skis downstairs. He was very angry that we had of Skis upstairs and hadn't used the ski room. We explained that we had just arrived and unpacked but he was still angry.

It was exceptionally clean & the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Everything was perfect!

great location, appartment had everything we needed, nice bathroom, we got all the information we needed, there was a parking space in front of the building, ski bus stop not far away, lovely restaurant almost opposite the building

Underfloor central heating was on all the time and could not be controlled. So the flat was overheated, like a sauna and uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep. In British holiday apartments salt, pepper and cooking oil are usually provided. Maybe even coffee, tea, sugar and milk. We had to go out to buy all these! On arrival, to get the key code, we had to drive another half an hour right to the end of the valley, and find the right hotel where the receptionist completed the formalities. We were already exhausted from our journey from Salzburg!
