We had fine views of the surrounding hills and of Grossarl village. We enjoyed having a terrace.

The description of the property should state that it is at the top of a steep ca. 60m high hill (very inconvenient for those without a car) and that there is no internal lift in the house (we had to climb three floors to leave the house).
