Location was great. Instructions for accessing the apartment were correct and easy to read.

Kids riding the elevator non-stop and without any staff, it makes it difficult to manage these sorts of behaviour.

"Modern apartment"

It was a quiet location and easily accessible. The apartment is modern and has most things needed for a few days stay.

The apartment was not completely cleaned, even having paint scrapers left on the kitchen bench, lint catcher and lint in the laundry trough, carpet unvacuumed. When the issues were raised, we were offered an apartment change for 6 of us (2 being young children) into a 2 bedroom apartment, at 10pm which was a ridiculous offer. They did call the next day and minimally tidied up the apartment. We also requested extra seating as there are 6 people In the apartment yet only a 2 seater couch and small arm chair. We then received a bottle of wine and chocolate for the inconveniences.

Communication with the staff Located near shops

Not clean No AC in bedrooms and we couldn't sleep. A smell in the apartment was so bad we couldn't stay in. The AC that is in the kitchen area looked like it has never been cleaned. Dirt on the floor even after the cleaners come in to clean. No car parking on the street and was told we had to pay until we checked in. Over all unhappy stay.
