The property was fine and facilities. Having only one key between 3 adults was really difficult. If I knew this was the case prior to payment I would have cancelled the booking. This is the first time I have ever had to encounter this. I feel as though we should have been made aware of this prior to arrival and compensated for the inconvenience.

This apartment is in a great location! Close to the beach, grocery stores, so many cafes! The undercover parking was fantastic also.

The TV remote buttons didn’t work to get onto Netflix/Stan/streaming services.

Position was very good. Managerwas very helpful. North facing balcony was a bonus this time of year.

Lounge suite could only really accomodate 3 people. Not enough dishes/bowls/plates - really need more than 2 or 4 of each Only 1 set of keys provided on arrival. Only got a second set after asking the manager.

The apartment was lovely, location was great.

It said there was a gym and a pool but there was not. When I questioned the hosts they were unable to tell me where these facilities were. There was also a ridiculous process to get the key and return it to a chemist! This was so strange and was really challenging with luggage and no car.

Nice layout, close to everything.

A couple of things. The walls need patching professionally, the plaster patches make the place look unloved. It’s a beautiful property, if I owned it, I’d have the patches fixed so they are not obvious. The cushion covers on lounge need washing they are stained and both the outdoor and indoor lounge need steam cleaning. The only other nice to have would be a coffee machine.

Not clean and furniture was particularly dirty/stained
