Mildura Holiday Apartments

Lovely facilities, great for self-catering. The large double bed was comfortable. It was great to have ironing facilities available. There was a good range of cooking appliances.

The single beds were too firm, and the towels a little scratchy. A few more items of cutlery would have been better.

It was lovely and cosy, very clean. The gas heater was excellent. Fantastic location, walking distance to Langtree mall, great restaurants, great coffee shops.

The only thing was the bedding could of had warmer blankets or electric blankets. But the bed itself was very comfortable.

The apartment was very spacious. The gas heater was fantastic for the cold, frosty Mildura nights. Was within easy walking distance of the Murray River, Lock 11, and the Rio Vista historic house.

Nothing really.

Location was excellent

The host needs to have a talk to his cleaner and if it was me I would be checking the unit pre guest arrival

We just found this property nice and homely. The facilities were more than we expected, had a washing machine, BBQ, WiFi. We had initial trouble finding the place, but a friendly customer (who knew the owner) sorted us out by contacting the owner, who took all of about 5 seconds to set us straight- very responsive! It is a family business, had a nice chat to the lady whose son owns the place, seems like a lovely hard-working family.

I liked the place and chatted to the owners mother, saying it was like coming home to see Grandpa or Grandma... its that kind of cozy understated place. She recons that they have plans to modernise, but I recon just keep as is... though obviously they know more about the clientele than I do! I recon they could just let it out as is, unless they want to modernise and increase prices... I found the accessibility of the property in terms of pricing attractive.

The cups and baking dishes were quite dirty. . I had to clean scrub before use. Smaller bowls would also be helpful. More teaspoons too.otherwise everything ok
