Beachside & Jetty View 4 - First Mate Apt limited sea view

Self contained apartment in a great location. Very comfortable bed and plenty of room to store luggage in the walk-in wardrobe. There was a huge bathroom/ laundry so we were able to wash our clothes. They dried very quickly on the clothesline which is outside next to our allocated car park. It was great to have a full stove too. Apartment 4 doesn't have much of a view but you only have to go outside to enjoy it. Picking up the keys was very easy and when we had some technical difficulties with the TV, Paul responded very quickly and came over to sort us out.

It would be good to have a larger saucepan. We used our own to cook a pasta dish.

We got lucky, the apartment was available on our arrival into Streaky Bay, it had a everything we needed and absolutely centrally located with a partial view of the bay and jetty, just as advertised. Paul was available to offer anything extra, which turned out to be an extra night, no problem, easily provided. It was a great stay at Streaky Bay excellently assisted by our accommodation.

New room

The builders dirt still on floor from putting tv on wall, mice , staff incompetant, and no communication between staff and Paul obviously ,to sort rate after booking third night .Dissappointed, put in room that had the tiniest view. .....said they would turn spot light of that shone in our bathroom all night and never did that either.Rubbish everywhere near our carpark ,building site unsafe ,jack fell down....and more.

Not much .Room 4 is stuck behind a wall. No view,.clothes line down stairs, dead mice everywhere around outside. Discusting.Staff member stated 3rd day price would be cheaper but Paul never passed on to staff....so expensive for 3 nights. Furniture sticks out past walls. Light on all night and shines in our bathroom...not good.

The location is awesome. It really is a hidden gem. Paul was very accommodating. So easy to access everything you need. Our apartment didn’t have a view but we were able to access it from elsewhere. Kitchen well equipped.

I think for the price towel and pillow quality could have been better.

LOcation and presentation excellent

Advertising didn't really let you know that Apartment 4 only has glimpses of the Jetty and nowhere to sit outside your room unless it is next to the bins
