We were told keys would be in lockbox. They sent a late message..saying they were under the mat! We did not get the late message and it caused a lot of confusion them not being where they should have been.

A method of cooking eggs should be added so making breakfasts would be easier

do not stay here on weekends For the price of this accommodation, the proximity to the pub should be disclosed before you book. while it was clean and close to the old town, the shamrock hotel is literally on the other side of the alleyway. on Fridays and Saturdays, bands play. LOUD. All the niceties are pointless when you have to leave the room for the evening until midnight just to get some peace. Then there are the pub patrons who use the alleyway as a bathroom, smoking room or a place to mingle well past the music stopping.

not only was there the noise issue mentioned above, but on the morning of our check out (Sunday morning, after a night filled with music and loud drunk people), the owner was waiting in front of the room from 8am despite check out being at 10! Multiple times, she came through the private courtyard entrance to look in through the window to see if she could enter. she even started cleaning before we’d gotten the last of our bags in the car. these operators do not deserve your business.

There was nothing not to like. Location was great & amenities sensational. The apartment was modern, comfortable & had all you need, plus big windows for lovely natural light and beautiful outlooks; we had courtyard, communal lawn space & pool views. Security was great too & lock up garage for car was a great bonus. We would definitely stay again.
