The location and comfort.

The apartment hadn't been cleaned that well with a lot of dirt/food crumbs under the fridge/freezer and sofas.

It was close to the beach

We paid over $450 per night to stay, and found we had to make our own beds on arrival. Workman drilling next to the apartment at 7am. Direct access to the apartment blocked off for the day due to works. Local agent very unhelpful when I requested a partial refund for inconvenience.

unit was a little older than I expected.

Interior Fitout was tired and required remediation Nil blockout curtains in the living area No vacuum cleaner Toilet kept blocking Garage was far to small to take a vehicle Only one air conditioner Stairs up to the balcony were a concern Cloths Washing facilities were a shocker There was only one load of bed and bathroom linen

Amazing location, walking distance to everything 😊

Balcony is small for families.

Absolutely loved the location.

There were cockroaches in the property. A couple in the fridge and we would often see them in the shower - they run into a gap in the grout under the shower door. Garage was too difficult to manoeuvre into.
