owner was very flexible with check in time and check out time. place is very central to major attractions. tram station is just literally outside the apartment entrance

noise from train, noise from other apartments in the building especially at night when someone left their washing machine / tumble dryer on.

The location is amazing and could not be more central. The sound proofing is great so Flinders Street is not an issue and it's nicely appointed with plenty of room and huge bedrooms.

Just needs a little bit of love in regards to the bathroom and taps.
