outside is run down - poor outdoor lighting along side - dangerous no rails on stairs garage door didnt work

the location.

Great location. Car space invaluable. Great kitchen and loungeroom.

No air conditioner on bedroom level. Noisy - early morning daily bin collection. Bedroom windows need double glazing. No provision of basic toiletries.

Plenty of space and the amenities were great.

Bedrooms overlooked the laneway and the rear of a couple of businesses. Banging of doors and their staff out back making lots of noise. Bins getting collected first thing in the morning - no chance to have a lie in.

Windows where a little dirty.

Close to beach and shops. Good quality crockery and a generous amount.

Property was ok, balconies both needed cleaning.

Location very poor, picture shows the beach minimal view

Filthy balcony, dirty tissues looks like it hasn’t been clean for ages. The garage is more like a storage room got the vehicle in but had to leave door open too small and very cramped getting in and out of vehicle. Burn marks in carpet

Space was good, especially living area. Nice crockery etc. central position. View on to scruffy shop yard unfortunate. Balcony areas could have been cleaner but acknowledge weather had been poor. Very comfortable beds. Would book again as value for money good.
