Location fantastic. Open and airy apartment.

Hosts/agents terrible. Supplies which were only for the first night very poor. Two toilet rolls two tea bags two coffee satchels small packets of laundry and dishwasher liquid for four people for seven nights in a unit for six people. Absolutely no hand soap or hand wash anywhere. Could not even wash our hands when we arrived. Interesting scenario given hand hygiene is still No 1 everywhere. Talked to the agent about it and they were less than helpful but said they would email the owner. We never heard anything or received anything. Went to see them couple of days later and was told we never promised you anything. Just looked at me with no hint of assistance. We have never experienced anything so disgusting in all our time travelling. Holiday Caloundra Agents should not be in the business.

The property was immaculately clean except for the glass railings on the balcony which I cleaned myself so that I could see the view. But it wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was very clean and well maintained.

Only having one key is really inconvenient for a 3 bedroom unit. It was a hassle having to coordinate everyone all the time just to get back into the accommodation. Also I found the booking process and security deposit very convoluted. But we would still consider staying here again.

Very picky here but I think a spare roll of toilet paper would have been good.

Furnishings and comfort. Very sterile.

This was a very spacious apartment across the road from the beach with good views from the balcony. Some basic items were also provided. There are two car parks for the unit although probably not ideal for large or wide vehicles. It's also walking distance to a number of cafes, corner store and the surf club.

Only one set of keys were provided.

Just had issues with parking tenant in unit 1 kept parking close or over into our parking space making it very hard to park in our allocated parking spots

Huge unit! Great balcony which was huge as well. Loved the added conveniences of home like hand wash at each basin, cling wrap/foil etc, dishwasher tablets etc. Even had a shower for when we came back from the beach (a little hidden down near the garage and we only discovered it on our last day). 2 car parks to each unit. Loved the hand held vacuum which was so easy.

Double beds in every room. A family of 5 and 2 children had to share a bed which caused them to fight each bedtime. 😂. Overall though, no hassles at all.
