"PERFECT COSY STAY"

Perfectly located in less than 2 minutes drive to the main town. The apartment was very clean and fully furnished including kitchen utensils. Free covered parking with a gate was awesome. Everything was neatly organised, and the laundry washing plus dryer was a bonus. Will definitely book it again.

The big bed in the back room squeaks at every move. The Ensuite just need to seal the floor metal strip to stop the water leaking from the shower to the main ensuite floor. Minor maintenance otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

"Great place close to town"

Nice and spacious plenty of room for the 4 of us. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have full length mirrors. Back area was really cute. Location was great for us as we were going to the Showground.

Didn’t feel like it was quite cleaned properly from the last people ( hand prints on mirrors, rugs not straight, pillows looked squashed) also the tap in the laundry was dripping all night and we couldn’t stop it.

"Cosy apartment for a quick weekend stay"

Central location. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Plenty of space for 4 people and our baby and all the facilities needed for our couple days away.

"Great stay close to Armidale."

Spacious apartment! Super comfy bed and pillows! Close to town.

It was a bit grubby… lots of spiders that have obviously been there quite a while. Quite a few cockroaches. An unusual smell from the bathroom drains.
