Cheltenham Apartments Unit 18 40 King St

Great location, Close to beach and restaurants.

Rooftop is amazing, great AC, the flat is quiet and spacious, the pool and outdoor facilities are great. Very close to Kings Beach.

Smelt quite dusty and had to keep airing it out / using candles.

Our apartment was in the best location - so close to the beach and Kings Beach Tavern and the Surf Club. The apartment was well equipped with a good kitchen, dining and living room, as well as laundry. We actually arrived a day early and the ladies in the office were so accommodating and made it all work smoothly. The back gate in the property leads to the car park at Kings Beach Tavern which is a short distance to the Beach and the Surf Club. Good food in both locations.

There was not much of a view from the apartment, but the proximity to the beach means this is not even an issue. The garage may have been small for a larger car (we drive a Honda Civic)

Perfect Location for easy access to variety of walks, just far enough from Main Street, view/scenery/ outlook, adequate space, private upstairs deck area / seating a bonus, private garage, spacious pool and garden area, good shade cover where needed.

3 flights of stairs - but great for fitness. Suggest more crockery (plates, bowls).

The Caloundra area is beautiful, lots of lovely cafes close by Lock up garage was very handy as we rented a car Beach close by View from apartment is spectacular

Single beds are extremely uncomfortable especially for adults You need to bring everything for essentials e.g. dishwashing liquid, sponges, not even some welcoming milk on arrival! No salt/pepper, tea or coffee to get you through the first night. One roll of toilet paper etc Minimal area to store food items when purchased (no pantry so we had to use a linen cupboard). Hot water runs out extremely quickly not even a five minute shower and it cold The balcony part that is advertised is actually a further two flights of stairs above the apartment!!! Very misleading advertising.
