"Great location and unit."

The location was great. The unit was easy to access.

The renovation to the unit changed the bed set up. This lead to using a camp bed which was only just tolerable as mattresses were used and had fold points. The agents were really helpful and communication was excellent. They had offered extra help with the camp bed but we did not seek this.
