The Old Federal Coffee Palace

Great location, right in the centre of the action. That did come with some noise overnight from cars on the street but thats to be expected in the middle of the city. The little dessert place downstairs was great too!

We perhaps another armchair or couch for the lounge room would make it even more comfortable when there are 5 guests as we had.

the sofa bed in the living room was a bit too small for an adult, but big enough for a kid under the age of 12.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with good facilities. The location is excellent and despite being on one of the main streets in Launceston, there was no traffic or street noise in the apartment at night. Nice to have a small balcony off the lounge as the weather was warm when we were staying. We arrived at night and the entry from the street wasn't immediately obvious, but good entry instructions are provided. Secure, off-street parking is available.

Location was perfect, comfortable beds and pillows, and nice spacious apartment. Was comfortable watching TV with the family in the lounge and we appreciated that there was a Chromecast as this is not usually included in accommodation!

The apartment wasn't as clean as it could be (mainly floors) and there was a bit of noise at night (clock and cars racing past), however this is to be expected given its central city location. It didn't keep us up all night.

Fantastic location
