Good location with shopping centre across the road

Heard the traffic heaps at night time, seemed to be a lot of police or ambulances coming pass. Remote key was touchy, had to press a few times for the main (car entry) gate to open. Didn't have a key for small gate (walk through) so made it hard to get through with a pram.

I loved everything about this place. Very cosy, homely, clean and had everything we needed. The owner is very thoughtful. The garden is beautiful too, very looked after. It was my home for a little while, and I felt very comfortable and secure there. Convenient short walk to Marion shopping centre too, just across the road.

It was a bit tricky to collect the key as we didn't know where to park, but empty block of land next door solved the problem.

The property is within walking distance of the Marion Shopping Centre. The drawback was that this put it on a busy main road. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Because the gate to the property was so slow in opening I was often left with my car obstructing busy traffic while waiting.

This was my second stay at this accommodation. The house was spacious and clean. It was very convenient to a large shopping center. The bed shower kitchen etc were very clean and comfortable. The secure private parking gave me peace of mind.

I stayed for 5 days and the wifi didn't work at all during that time (the same situation as with my previous trip). The pots and pans, that I had used for my stay the previous year, had seen better days - they made me decide not to cook this time.

I used this property as a temporary stay to start working at my current workplace. Instead of booking this I should have just stayed in hotels and change them.

- Weird cleaning fees. - Either booking.com or the property itself stole 300+ dollars from my credit card and refuse providing any explanation for it or refunding it. - Very dirty. There are spider webs everywhere, some stuff stuck to the ceiling, the light covers are used as insect traps and never cleaned, unwashed dishes and some strange smoking devices from previous inhabitants, a wall power point ripped out and clearly is a safety hazard. That is what "cleaning fee" is used for. - If you have a plan to cook there, better forget about it or drive straight to ikea to get the pots and pans. What is there is either picked from the street garbage, or used to the level of unusability and then kindly provided for the tenants in this property. - Moving in and out with a car is nuisance. - DO NOT EVEN THINK USING THIS PROPERTY WITH CHILDREN - NOT CHILD-SAFE! Check photos and that wall power point. - Crazy neighbours behind the fence, but you can't do anything about it. The dog barking, the family drama evolving, the buses and lorries are running 24 hours a day just by your window. You will not sleep. - The property owner or manager are not on-site. They are somewhere - in Queensland, in Sydney, on Mars, wherever. If you have problems, you are on your own and at your own expense, there will be no help. I managed to forget the key in my home in Melbourne, I had to hire a locksmith and the property owner over the phone tried to cheat me into making a copy of the key for her. The good thing is now I know a good local locksmith. - Please check the photos. - Again, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING IT.
