The Haven Biloela

Very spacious, and comfortable. Aircon worked well. The kitchens were well stocked with utensils and appliances. It was great to have a pod machine for a coffee on the days that the (very) nearby cafe’s were closed for the public holidays. It is so great to have accomodation like this, that does not have the typical ‘Bilo’ feel. It was great to be able to book the two units side by side and have rear access through the fence to each unit.

The upstairs was not as clean as I would have liked , hand print at top of stairs and main bathroom, tub did not look real clean and bathroom had a smell. I requested a check in time got a confirmation and on arrival 1/2 hr after the time confirmed unit was still being cleaned

Enjoyed the coffee machine, the layout and set up was amazing. Thankful for the provided milk as well.

Unfortunately the people staying before us were still at the house past their checkout time. We were let know of this before we made the 2hr drive, which was fine and we were let know when the property was ready which was still before we arrived, however I don't think the cleaner had enough time to do everything, there were a few dirty spots on the floor and dirty hand print on the wall near the top of the stairs. Also, I'm sure the sheets were cleaned however there were a number of brown/black hairs that we found in the main bed sheets, I understand that they could have gone through the wash and attached to the sheets but it was a bit off putting. Also I think it would have been nice for the fridge to have been filled with water for the dispenser before we arrived.

I just loved it from first sight to leaving the next morning. Everything was just perfect. From communication to location, the place itself, the town ... It was a very hot day and the aircons were already on, the car could be parked in a garage, the fridge/freezer was on, everything thought through. I couldn't find a flaw if I tried. I wanted to move in!!

There is nothing, in my opinion, that needs to be improved.

Great location, very roomy and everything we needed for our stay. Nothing was an issue.
