"All around a decent short stay but would love a bigger bed and couch"

We love the location and the room

The wifi cut out about an hour after using it
 We had to hot spot for the rest of our stay. Also the bed definitely wasn’t extra large double. We both struggled to fit in the bed together even though I’m tiny and 5ft and my partner is 6’1

"Albany break away from home."

Grandis 35 was very comfy for our 4 nights. It had all the essentials, including a comfy bed, lovely fresh white towels, plenty of hot water,and quiet. We would be happy to stay there again.

"We had a lovely time in Albany, with many picturesque places to visit."

As we were staying for 4 nights, we appreciated the kitchen facilities to be able to prepare some of our meals. A benchtop oven/air fryer and a 2 hot plate cooker had just been installed the day of our arrival. Although pots, pans and utensils were nowhere to be seen, a quick phone call and the manager delivered them promptly. The bathroom and bedroom were both a good size, and there was a comfortable lounge in the living area.

The parking was very tight. It was quite a challenge getting into the allocated carport when the adjoining tenant had a large 4WD. We did appreciate the fact that the parking was undercover and adjoining our apartment.

-The rooms are equipped with everything that we needed. Although this apartment is a little bit older, it was well maintained with generous space to relax. -Location is good in close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations. -It was very clean.

-The privately owned apartment is located in a holiday park and therefore it might be tricky to find it. -Parking space was more on the narrower side, although with a compact car it should be no problem. -We have never seen the owner, keys are provided in a locked box
