Loved the location, the apartment suited our needs.

The t v didn't work at all. Rang about it .

it was nicely decorated. bed was comfortable.

bathroom impossibly tight, TV did not work. hot water unreliable. distance from front entry too far for elderly guest with mobility issues.

View was ok bed was comfortable

Fake flowers, decor out dated, shower was either hot or cold very hard to regulate. Advertised as penthouse flat … far from a penthouse

Getting a bit tired

The apartment is in a brilliant location within walking distance to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants. It's only a short walk to the pier for the ferry to Rottnest Island, or down to the beach to watch the sunset. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could ever need. Having a complete kitchen with cooking facilities was brilliant. There's also a small portable air con which was enough to stay cool on a 34 degree day.

It's noisy. There is nearby industrial noise 24/7 and frequent maintenance at the property, so expect occasional hammering, grinding etc on most days. As long as you're not expecting quiet tranquility it is liveable.

Wi-Fi router would not charge and also the hot water for the shower was not consistent also we were on the 9th floor and the lock box was at the room should be on ground level
