Property Notes

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great apartment in a great location"

It was spacious, large and a great location. Very comfortable beds.

It would have been nice to have an extra bathroom, or at least an extra toilet.

"Beautiful accomodation in a gorgeous location at a great price"

The was gorgeous, beautiful view across Fingal Bay, above a few shops which was so handy. Delightful short walk to The Longboat Cafe which is amazing!

Beautiful apartment, had everything in the kitchen, close to the beach.

No linen and towels. The remote control for the garage did not work.

"Relaxing beachside break"

The location, pool and view amazing

No spare toilet rolls, one dishwasher tablet, one dish washing sachet, no hand wash, one tiny shampoo and conditioner for 2 bathrooms.

Was self-catering but every bit of equipment needed was there. It was spacious and comfortable Close to beach and enjoyed the beach/ocean views from the balcony. Was raining when we left so grateful for the undercover parking and a lift Airconditioning was good and it was nice to take a dip in the pool.

bathrooms were a little dated but worked well a sliding flyscreen door on each of the balcony doors would have been better located above shops and near a bus stop so there was significant noise from trucks and buses. Had to pay extra for linen if not bringing own. Disappointed that TV didn't work from the start despite reporting it several times. Also cd player didn't work. inundated with emails and texts despite having provided all the necessary detail and paid in advance.
