Lovely spacious appartment, spotless

Clear and helpful communication Very clean All extras eg washing powder, cling wrap, spices,tea ,coffee,books to reads ,games to play ect provided like you were in you own home

Nothing it was perfect

The whole unit smelt fresh and clean. We were impressed with the layout, and particularly enjoyed the outdoor living area. We were able to prepare and stay in for most of our meals.

The television in the Lounge room was playing up when we were trying to watch the Olympic games. The vacuum cleaner was not working, so your cleaners got the one in the locked bedroom out for me to use. The light in the fridge was not working. Two of us bumped our heads on the glass range hood which we thought stuck out too far. Worst of all was the fact that, in the main bedroom, you could see right into the shower and toilet from the road leading down into the units, so we had to keep the blinds down all the time. Suggest a quick fix would be a rail and hanging curtain at the entrance into the walk-in wardrobe would suffice.

Nice quiet location. Off street parking and single garage. Great court yard.

No toaster. Maybe the last guest’s had taken it? So if you want eggs on toast for breakfast or a bit of Vegemite on toast forget it. Another thing we found strange was the ensuite which is pretty open to the bedroom. It could do with a bi-fold door or similar.

The little extras were fabulous. Shampoo & conditioner, and washing powder. Even salt, pepper & condiments. The thoughtful gestures are much appreciated, saves carting extra items with you. It was a beautiful unit, very stylish and comfortable. There was plenty of room, and the grassed enclosed courtyard was perfect for my dachshunds. Roxanne was very helpful, and friendly. Great service

Could probably have done with a spare blanket available in the wardrobe

Excellent place - would recommend it to others. There was four of us and the size, features and the outdoor area were really great. No issues at all.

Code for the lock box was only 24hrs, and via email. A bit earlier would have been nice as we had been travelling all day and hadn't check emails.
