Great location nice and close to everything

It is a fantastic property located in the heart of Oxford Street. The apartment had all the amenities. Woolworths next door, restaurants along the street, basement parking. Clean flat and absolutely brilliant in all aspects

The TV did not work

We loved the place. It was comfortable, easy access to the public transportation and easy to find groceries etc.

I liked the place.

Very nice unit on the top floor, the stairs were a bit of an issue when carrying a large suitcase and groceries. The unit is comfortable and clean. The complex is quiet and lovely having it directly opposite a park. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants, you really don't need to go anywhere else if you don't need to. Property provides WIFI and Foxtel (you get most of the channels) which is a bonus. Air-conditioning could be cooler, not sure what the issue was but it just didn't cool down the unit enough for my liking. I would definitely recommend the property to others and would stay again.

Air-conditioning needs a service main dining room wasn't cold enough, also TV remote doesn't work very well, I changed out the batteries but it didn't make much difference, was difficult turning the TV on and off so used the button at the back of the unit (no biggie just enough to be a pain). The blender in the kitchen didn't work, probably should remove it and replace with a working one.
