There was an empty cigarette box found in the second bedroom. the lights in the ensuite and entrance room did not work and the extraction fans did not working. The spin cycle on the washing machine did not work.

Cleanliness and the aesthetic of the place

Breakfast was not applicable, self catering apt. The lifts were very good, never had to wait and rarely saw anyone else in the building.

The location is ok for the young and fit. With a 3 month old in a pram and an 88 year old who is reasonably fit but slow it was not the easiest getting down to the beach as the area is hilly. This could be mentioned in the details of distance to the various local places. Also some of the streets did not have footpaths both sides so meant crossing the road. This is not a problem for everyone but if not hill walkers it could very well be. The apartment seems to have been well used and not always by careful people. The settee was replaced a couple of days after we arrived as it was broken, and not by careful usage. When opening the net curtains the whole thing came down on me, the first two fasteners were obviously slack and came down with the weight making the rest follow. This was scheduled to be fixed after we left. The dishwasher did not wash the dishes properly, they were left with powder still in the machine and on the items. I have the identical machine at home and this one was not putting enough water through to clean . We noticed cutlery and plates with dried food on when we arrived so washed what we were going to use beforehand. The machine was tried on two settings including the Heavy.

Good location, clean but the stains on carpet and lounge need to be addressed. Great size balcony. Quiet location. Perfect size for a two bedroom unit. Bed and pillows comfy

Lounge was obviously broken and heavily stained. Carpet showing stains. Washing machine not spin drying, light on the way out in laundry. Only given one key and swipe which is a challenge if the family don’t all go in and out and the same time.

Light and breezy apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and a magical sunset from the spacious balcony. Super cute decor. Has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The Kin Kin products are a special little touch also. Loved it!
