Location is close to the waters

If bed linen was not to be included it should have been communicated prior to the booking. The place to collect and return the keys is away from where the property is. The rigorous conditions of booking the property should have been made known to the customer before the booking is confirmed or cancellation of the booking should have been with no penalty. The pictures of the property looked artificially enhanced.

A fan in the room would have been excellent it is to hot in the rooms aircon doesn't reach them

Carpet old, built in wardrobes smelt mouldy .

Location was exceptional, parking was excellent, the apartment was good value for the week. Right on Nelson Bay and the view from the living room was stunning - beautiful sunsets and friendly lorikeets. Close proximity to Fingal Bay Parkrun, Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounter, Tomaree Aquatic Centre, Salamander Bay walks and dog beaches

The living room in the apartment was very small - you would struggle to have 5 people staying there. Whilst the aircon was a much needed feature (34-36 degree days when we were there), the owners/managers need to have the aircon filter cleaned as I developed Bronchitis during the short stay. The carpet was revolting and needs to be ripped up and replaced or lay floorboards.

The location was great. Just across the road from the beach and close to the shops.

The tv was small and could only get a few channels 7 , 9 or abc. The microwave needs to be updated as it’s about 50 yers old. Also there was no broom available to sweep the balcony. And when it rained we had no where to hang our washing as there was no clothes dryer or clothes horse available.

Unit too hot in bedroom couldn't sleep air conditioning in main lounge didn't do anything with 36+ degree it was not pleasant ceiling fans would been good. No lining when travelling with kids not a good idea Not given alternatives to park car to carry belongings to unit it was a night mare until we were advise by a neighbour to park out the back less hill to climb If you are going to charge this amount f money please provide air conditioning in the bedrooms Bigger beds then the double bed We had a child he sleeping in the other room.wasnr an option as its was unsafe so we had to share the double bed with him we stayed for 4 days and I bave contemplates in alternative accommodations near by as the heat in the rooms where too unbearable we wouldn't move the mattress to the lounge as it was too small to fit anything
