Good location, nice views of the canals and short walk to get some food. Nice proximity to the skate park and will be great once the new playground opens up.

The water pressure in the shower is very poor, but is fine at all other outlets. The oven cupboard isn't fixed in place properly which makes the corner cupboard door hard to close. I did try to push the oven back and it just falls forward still. This just needs to be fixed by the owner, no real issue during the stay.
