"Excellent"

The shower pressure was amazing. After a big day at touch tournament it was nice to come back and have a shower.

Both wardrobes had no coat hangers to hang clothes! Needs instructions on how to operate washing machine and TV options available. Overall apartment was good but needs to replace carpet with hybrid flooring for an overall cleaner feel.

It was well presented and clean with some thoughtful touches. Very comfortable everything you needed.

The person in unit 8 took all the car park in the first 2 nights couldn’t fit our car at all to small so we parked in the visitors the whole stay.

Central location, one street from the beach. The pool was great. Facilities in apartment were exceptional, beds comfy and clean, shower had great pressure and bathroom was also clean, kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

"Great location, but the unit needs improvements"

The location was excellent. The shower pressure was great. Fridge nice & cold.

Paid $2334 for 5 nights & was expecting a lot more bang for my buck!! Not great first impressions as there was urine in carport upon our arrival. Didn't get much sleep due to the beds squeaking every time you moved. Suggested improvements are as follows, ● install exhaust fan in bathroom ● fix squeaky beds ●provide instructions for washing machine/dryer combo & washing powder/liquid ● provide mop & bucket as shower leaks & screen doesn't close properly● replace vacuum cleaner as it is useless, or remove carpet ● a new, (full sized, not cut in halves) dish washing scourer would have been appreciated as the one provided was disgusting! ● clean the windows above sink as they are filthy● clean air conditioning unit ● chairs, carpets & cushions stained, need cleaning Decrease the amount of emails from (Away, Stay & Play) and the questions asked. I felt like I was being interrogated, and then I had to provide so much identification & photo ID I felt like I was being scammed/cloned. This became upsetting and frustrating.
