Beachside 4 with private heated plunge pool

Location is amazing,car parking and walking distance to the beach. There was enough cooking oil salt and pepper etc to start us off

Cold pool.even though it was brought to attention it never was warm enough to sit in

The layout and decor was beautiful. Close to the beach. Ease of access for check in. The plunge pool was also amazing.

There was only one wine glass. Also things like coffee and milk was not really sufficient for two people for two days let alone the three I had booked for.

The heated plunge pool was not heated. I informed the manager straight away that it was cold and that the heater wasn't coming on when the pump comes on, but he insisted it was fine. He said someone would come out that afternoon to check it, so we waited for hours but no one showed up and we had no communication from them. I informed him again it still wasn't working, and he just kept insisting it was, saying that when he checked it was 26 degrees. That's cold. He said it would be 29-30 degrees, so I'm not sure why he thought 26 degrees means the heater is working. His attitude was astounding. Completely unhelpful and rude. The pool was also really over chlorinated - my hand was itching/burning a bit just from checking the water temperatuer. Inside the accommodation smelled very strongly of chlorine - there was no escaping it. All of my clean clothes stank of chlorine when I got home just from sitting in my suitcase. Hanging above the bed is a huge canvas with a very thick coating of dust. There is no headrest on the bed that's on wheels, so if you try to sit up in bed it will slide away from the wall. There were also a lot of cockroaches, mould in the shower, spiders and cobwebs throughout.

The unit was quite large and open with a nicely designed interior, which was nice and clean. Very close to the beach, park area, local pub and a lovely little Italian restaurant, all just a stones throw away. Would definitely recommend this property.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.
