Location, Caloundra was lovely.

The welcome pack should have been in the flat before we arrived. As we arrived Saturday evening the Agent was closed until Monday, by which time we purchased everything in the pack. Also, we were intimated by the aggressive terms and conditions. This was the only property that demanded 100% payment upon booking without refund possible and the exhaustive rules were off putting to say the least! Whilst linen was provided we had to make our beds also this was the only property in our 5 week tour that made us do that.

"Lovely spot, we’d stay there again."

The unit was very well equipped; the owner and agents provided almost everything you could need. Plenty of glasses and crockery, saucepans, utensils, linen, a books and games cupboard. The location was great, less than 10 minutes walk along the lovely boardwalk to the town centre. Beautiful views from the unit and just across the road is a grassy area with picnic tables then the beach. Very peaceful.

Just a word of warning, the unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. Really only an issue, for us as an older couple, on the first and last days when carting our luggage etc up/down the stairs but we managed okay.
