Location.

One side of electric blanket (double bed, window side) in unit 7 did not work . When I turned on the air con, a god awful noise came out. So no heating early in the morning, and no cooling as the day progressed. It was a nice Autumn day - cool morning, warmer day. The pots and pans were greasy, kitchen utensils, dirty - I had to wash them before using. As there was no dishwasher (I did not expect as it was not listed) I washed the pots, pans, plates etc and left to dry on bench top before leaving - but also did this because I didn't expect the owner cared given the kitchen I walked into. The lounge seating is quite worn out and uncomfortable, with sagging cushions and noticeable dips in at least two of the seats, suggesting they need replacing. But I was only there a few days and not for leisure.

Clean and tidy. Good for 4 people and good location

Management was poor. Very hard to get a hold of when needing extra amenities.

Very clean comfortable accommodation in a great location. Dean the manager was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is not luxurious but very suitable for a good holiday. Parking on site.

Great location, attentive and accomodating host, clean.

Everything was great, the only downside was the wifi, however I dont think this is property related, as even my 5G struggled throughout most parts of Merimbula.

The location is excellent
