Ocean Views Apartment with Rooftop Pool - CoastHM

Sea views were magnificent from lounge/dining & main bedroom. Great roof top pool & spa. Sheltered bbq area also on rooftop.

Keys had to be picked up over a kilometre away from location.

The view was absolutely magical and the apartment was lovely

Check in wasn’t very smooth, code given didn’t work for key had to go back again the next day to collect other key. Remote for the car lift doors wouldn’t work so had to wait for someone to bring another remote. On day 5 we left early 7.30am and returned late 11.30pm and the lifts weren’t working 😡and was told by night staff we would just have to find another alternative for parking.

Was confused as to hand in keys had an email to say take to chemist but sign on back of door said leave on kitchen bench

Great property and location. Amazing views

Would have preferred not to pickup keys off site. Shame there were no pods for the coffee machine. And really needed instructions on how to park the car using the car lift

Keys were not in lock box as advised, after a few phone calls the agent delivered keys to site delaying our access to the property by an hour. Whilst not ideal, the agent did everything they could to get us into the property as quick as possible.

That keys weren't left in lock box as advised.

The views and the proximity to the beach and a little surf club that does Brekky and coffee.

The shower leaked a little so having extra floor mats would have been really useful
