"Right in the action at surfers, convenient location, spacious apartment with lovely pool area."

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Pool area nice. The location was good and easy to get around, convenient having Coles below.

Parking although was included was very hard to find a park that wasn’t already reserved. There was nothing to hang up washing they need a clothes horse. The smell of the lobby and lifts in tower 2 was repulsive! Myself and my kids were gagging. The towel rail in the bathroom fell apart from drying my hands. The washing machine smells like mould and needs to be cleaned. Overall the apartment is lovely but needs some maintenance, cupboard doors are loose, washing machine maintenance etc.

"Overall, loved the property and facilities. Just need to tidy up the key collection."

The location and property itself with the facilities was excellent. We could easily access shops around surfers and with the Coles downstairs, that made grocery shopping easy. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon pool. The apartment was lovely as advertised and we were able to see night lights from our room. I did however get a really nervous around the balcony and the little gaps between the panels. Had some smaller children come visit and I was adamant that they not go onto the balcony. Otherwise, excellent property. I would certainly stay there again

My biggest negative point was finding the location to collect the keys. This was a nightmare, especially since we arrived early evening. It was unclear how to locate the Coles carpark (we drove past it a couple of times) which was frustrating, and it wasn’t clear at first that the Mantra was actually the Chevron. On top of that, access to the hotel carpark was a hassle because the e-card wasn’t included in the pickup pack. We ended up driving around, going from one tower to another to find security, which added unnecessary time and frustration to our travels. There appeared to be a few other visitors to the hotel that were in the same boat.

Everything was how it was stated in the email. Location was great with easy access to trams and buses. Pool and beach pool was excellent. Room was lovely.

Lifts were out of action to get to the office. Long walk to get there and stairs with 5 people hauling bags. More instruction to get to our exact tower. E.g. exact instruction which lift to use instead of having to go out into the street and walk along the footpath passing over car park driveways. A map would have been good. Later found easier ways to access our tower. Left before office hours had to double back to drop of keys. Why could theses be left with the reception at our tower? Especially when your tag was needed to access lifts.

The view was nice, the pool was nice.

Our fridge froze all our food and they didn’t replace any of the food. There was lots of bugs in our room. Not the best place.
