The View is amazing

Having to pick up the key from a selected location, make sure you have data on your phone to communicate with the property manager.

It had a separate room to the lounge/ kitchenette. It had a walk in shower. It had a view to the ocean

The staff were offsite so it took time to have requests catered to after we arrived……for example there were no pool towels and these got dropped off on our second full day there. The keys had to be picked up from a lock box at a convenience store around the corner……too far as my partner has a mobility disability.

Beautiful apartment, very stylish and clean. Gorgeous view of the ocean in both living and bedroom. Great location, walk everywhere easily. Highly recommend this apartment. It didn’t disappoint.

The view was spectacular as we were on the 37th floor. The pool was excellent and a great size to swim lengths or just relax. Nice spa as well. There was glass windows in the pool floor so was amazing sunrise. The outdoor pool was great also. The apartment was great but did need more pots to cook with and the fry pan needed to be replaced. Very comfy L shaped couch and was nice being able to see the views from the closed in glass balcony and bedroom. Awesome fridge and the kitchen was nice too. Heaps of storage and the washing machine and dryer was great.

Instructions could have been clearer regarding what was required before we arrived in order to get the drop box details as they were wanting ID and card details before we left home. This was not made clear. It sounded as if we were to provide ID at the convenience store to get the PIN. Thankfully someone was going past and called the people looking after the apartment and after some discussion we were given the location and PIN to unlock the lockbox. Was really stressful and hard to see the combination numbers to get the key out. Would have been nice to have some instructions in the apartment as to where the WIFI was as we had to open cupboards to locate it. We used the top pool but this was only by trial and error swiping the card to see which one we had access to. There was an outdoor pool and I also only find this by luck. Also found the rubbish room by chance. Was hard as we only had one key and fob so we either had to be together or one leave and one stay. The door needed the key and the lifts and pools needed the fob. Toilet brush was disgusting and needed replaced. Also only one soap for the basin and shower. If didn't happen it would have been a 10 for location and room as hotel still new. We were told when we booked that there was a bath but not the case. Also the booking.com info said floor 47 but this also was not right.

The location and the pools! Loved having the dishwasher and the washing machine for our family of 4. We stayed there for a week - I suggest you bring extra dishwashing tablets and washing powder, they only provide you with so much.

Everything was superb

The place was so clean. I have been to many places that rated cleanliness but always disappointed but this place did not disappoint me. It felt like homely vibes when you enter the apartment. The view is great from there and most of the things were in walking distance which was great.

Does not provide parking, so you have to park on the streets or somewhere save.
