The location is very near the centre. Also the size of the apartment is quite large.

We received limited and confusing information. Were told that there was parking on site. We arrived and parked next to the building but there were signs that the car would be towed away. We had to walk around the building we followed a path underneath to find a car park (no signs indicating it is there). As other people have commented on the car park if you have a tall or long car it won't fit in the entrance to the car park. We had to manoeuvre the car back and forth with cm's to spare either side. (see photos). Key box- No other information was given apart from don’t enter the code wrong 3 times. See the photos. 3 black boxes and one keypad. After several attempts the keypad didn’t work. It was about 18:30 on Friday evening so the hosts office hours had ended and most likely weren’t contactable. We then discovered that pulling off the front cover of the Mozart box reveals a black screen and button. Pressing the button then reveals a set of numbers but unfortunately not the numbers that we were given. The key box then locked for 10 mins. After much trial and error we found that tapping the blank screen instead of pressing the button reveals another keypad where we could type in the code. No information on the garbage disposal. One of the lamps on the bedside table is not connected at all as there is no electricity socket there. So doesn’t serve a purpose. The mountain view from the balcony is very limited. Not sure why it is mentioned. I have included a picture but as it was raining when the picture was taken I have marked the place where the mountain is. Between two other buildings. There is a cleaning fee of 175 euros which is much too high and not in line with other cleaning fees charged. Especially when they haven’t cleaned up properly and I had to clean all the dead flies etc in the bathroom. Lastly, as the hosts didn’t communicate any checkout procedures, I sent them a message to check that I did everything correctly.

Die Lage des Apartments ist außergewöhnlich gut. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Lift CityXpress und der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage, die Zufahrt ist jedoch für größere Fahrzeuge schwierig (VW Sharan passte gerade so( Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr sehr freundlich,jede Frage wurde umgehend beantwortet. Der Check In verlief reibungslos.

Das Apartment wirkt abgewohnt und weist Beschädigungen auf. (Löcher im Fußboden, Türzarge Badezimmer). Die Sauberkeit könnte für den hohen Preis der Endreinigung wesentlich besser sein. Die Möbelierung uns Küchenausstattung ist eher dürftig.

Good location, Very spacious apartment, High ceiling

No washing machine, No micro wave, Consumables are not replenished, No summer card provided. The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow.

Large apartment with windows to three directions. That really helps with effective ventilation.

Attention to detail is missing somewhat. The place has surprisingly little furniture, worn out floors, etc. Also, the apartment did not seem to fully match the pictures.
