"Great outlook, with everything you need in a place to stay."

The entire BnB was just super, bed was comfy, Netflix was a bonus, the entire property was squeaky clean! If I am ever back in Launceston it would be preferred place to stay.

Nice unit with beautiful garden. Separate toilet and bathroom. Cozy living room with lots of books. Kitchen with breakfast counter overlooking Tamar Valley. Easy check in and check out with keys in pass code box.

Deep bathtub would be safer with a small handrail. The wash basin area can be wet and slippery as it has no floor drainage. There is air conditioning unit in living room but not in bedroom.
