Sensational apartment in a beautiful location. Well presented and very clean

There was a very unpleasant smell from the drain the second bathroom. Likely dry drain.

Apartment was large and very well fitted out with all of the necessary bedding, kitchen utensils and crockery, etc. Location was fantastic, well within walking distance to the many restaurants, pubs, shops etc. Everything about our stay was wonderful!!

Only the weather! But we won't blame that on Kim or Cheryl!

Stunning large apartment right in Salamanca. So close to everything including the beautiful St Davids park next to the building. The gym downstairs is also excellent. It is a Zap Premium and costs $25 for a day pass and it’s entrance is right next to the apartment’s. The apartment has aircon and ceiling fans and two stunning bathrooms with huge walk in showers. This is a gem of an apartment in one of Hobart’s premier buildings. The owner os very helpful and owns a shop in Salamanca where you can leave luggage if you have a late flight. Fantastic!

Fantastic location at Salamanca Place within walking distance to shops, pier and restaurants. Apartment was spacious and clean. Hosts were great.

The location was outstanding - we walked everywhere. The apartment was huge with an excellent division of space. We stayed there with two couples and we couldn’t fault it. Everything you needed was there - and more. Excellent kitchen and laundry, games, outdoor space etc. The communication with the owners was outstanding - immediate and helpful responses. We will be back!

The place was beautiful and plenty spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was given its location. Arrived in the dark so didn’t appreciate how handy it was to the action of the waterfront until I woke to see the market umbrellas from the balcony. Fabulous spot!
