Die Stadtoase

The evening of the last day we have no electricity to use,power breaker tripped twice,and finally interrupted and failed.Some food kept in refrigerator was spoiled at loss.

The flat is lovely and fully furbished, Maybe a microwave in the kitchen could be added. It is a big flat centrally located. It was very clean and there are not negative spots about the flat. The wifi was good and stable. Definitely my first choice if I will be back in Klagenfurt. The communication with the owner was easy.

There were some problems with the main gate for some 2 days. Then the issue has been solved and it worked well.

The flat was very central. The entry instructions were very good and precise. It was very spacious as well. What didn't you like

We were asked to pay in cash which we took in euros. There were no instructions on what we had to do with the cash. The only time we heard by email we were already at the station ready to leave. We were not prepared to leave the money unattended in the flat without specific instructions. The WC was black below the water line. On the first morning, we decided to make some toast. As there was no toaster we decided to use the oven grill. On opening the oven we found the grill pan was dirty with oil and the wire shelf had not been cleaned and was full of grease stains. The bed did not seem to have a sheet on it there was only an IKEA bed cover. The flat was on the second floor. This was not specified in the information given as there was no lift it was quite difficult to walk to the top.
