Quiet and easy to get around

The queen bed was too soft and the safety lock on the stove was difficult to disengage

The location was great and the unit was clean.

The beds are uncomfortable and the bunk beds squeak. They need updating and to be better quality. I woke up several times with a sore shoulder as the mattress was too hard. The towel rails are not attached to the wall properly and were hanging precariously off the wall. I was reluctant to use them because of this. You can't really cook a meal in the kitchen as all the pans, except for one small one, are badly damaged on the surface. There are large flood lights on the roof that stay on all night for some strange reason! There was a sign in the fridge and an email saying that the bin key was on the key set, but the pad lock was a 3 digit code, not a key. This needs updating so rubbish can be taken out. A lamp in the lounge room would be nice to make it more pleasant.
