House Rules, **Booking person's ID must be present upon check-in. **Booking person/people must check-in himself/herself/themselves (non booking person can't check-in the property on behalf of the book-in person) **Check-in time is between 2:30pm-8:00pm. If guests request late check-in, an additional charge will apply. Late check-in charge are $80 for check-in between 8-10pm, $150 for check-in between 10pm-12:30am. No check-in available after 12:30am unless otherwise prearranged. Late check-in fee will be waived if the booking is 3 nights or more. Late check-in fee is payable upon check-in. **Strictly no parties and events allowed. **Strictly no smoking. **Guests should keep quiet and pleasant neighborhood after 10:30pm **Guests can't move the furniture around **Guests need to take away rubbish / unwanted personal belongs when check out the property **Guests need to close the doors/windows when check out the property **Guests must leave the entrance swipe tokens on the kitchen bench and send photo to the mobile provided **Damage Deposit Payment, AMEX Card is NOT Accepted.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
