The apartment itself was nice, large and plenty of accessories in the kitchen. All in all, it was value for money but a bit more elbow grease by the cleaner wouldn't go astray. The location is not the best if you don't have your own transport although there is a bus service nearby.

For some reason Booking.com didn't send the email with the key lock code so we needed to contact the owner. Apparently this has happened before. The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable as my back can testify. The cleaner has obviously missed a few things, the ceiling fans were filthy, as was the ceiling fan in the bathroom. The bathroom plug was broken. The towel rails were loose and the sensor/night light in the laundry did not work. The outside sensor light did not work either. The verticals in the dining/kitchen were missing a slat (we put the one we found in the drawer up, so in theory it was missing two slats) and this allowed quite a bit of heat and light to enter on the morning. The inside of the kettle needed a good scrub. I did mention some of these things to the owner so I am sure they will be fixed very soon. The owners were quite easy to communicate with.

Good location really close to the beach. Privacy was good with the fence line all round. The host were awesome.and quick to reply to msgs

Nothing really. A possible extra would be plants in pots to soften the concrete frontage/drive but that purely an aesthetic thing which may be unrealistic if larger male dogs come to stay!!

This guest house was lovely and just what we needed for our weekend away. Owners were very accommodating and friendly.
