Modern 2BR Apt Next to Victoria Market City Views

Excellent location and easy to get around CBD

Individual Rooms a bit small.

The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned. There were sheets & towels left in the dryer & we had a 4 night stay so that's where they stayed.

Perfect location and lovely apartment. Main complaint is that it's a 2 bedroom apartment and two couples occupying, but only one set of keys. Management was very firm after we called that another key. was nonnegotiable. The literature referred to. "lockbox" and "keys" - but the key lockbox was held in a drawer at a nearby convenience store in a jumble with others - not the building concierge. The key fob for was needed for entrance to main door of apartmen building, the elevators, and the individual door, so we had to be all together to enter the building and return back to the apartment. I would have thought twice about booking if I'd known the situation because it changed our vacation - the two couples couldn't split off for different activities. Our only other issue was there were no instructions so we had to brainstorm how to turn on the washing machine. Turned out that the bathroom fan switch - hidden when the laundry door was open - controlled the electricity to it. "Management" apparently manages numerous Air BnB style units in numerous locations for numerous owners so wasn't much help.

Only issue we booked this appartment soley for indoor pool when we went to use it it was under construction. We were not informed when booking and should have been because then we would have stayed elsewhere

It was clean. Close to markets and Lygon St

A bit small for family of 5 with teenage children. Beds were uncomfortable and kitchen didn’t have necessary utensils e.g knives. Sliding door to balcony didn’t close so there was a constant draft coming through.
