INN Apart Tirol

Very nice and clean apartment for two people. Nice view of the mountains, balcony. Underground parking included in the price. Nice neighborhood of single-family houses. Close to the center. Good wifi. Entrance to the garage and entrance to the apartment by code.

There could have been better contact with the host - we drove up to the building and, unfortunately, the entrance to the garage was blocked by a car. We called the phone number given to the host and neither answered, nor called back, nor wrote back. The kitchen lacked knives (except for one small knife) and we did not find a dish dryer. In the bathroom there are no cups for toothbrushes. These small details would have made for an even better perception of the apartment.

Appartement has potential: good bathroom, kitchen has everything you need, good bed. Self check in is good. But too many small things are missing.

Some things that could have been better and make it a bit pricy for what you get: - you cannot control the heating yourself. Makes it very warm sometimes. - would be good to have a welcome paper with some instructions on it: like how to use things, wifi password, where to leave rubbish, etc. - wifi reception is very bad. - lamp closeby the bed isnt werking. Another lamp had a broken lampshade. A bit messy to leave it like this for your guests. - the bathroom has no place to hang up the small towel near the sink and no toiletpaper hanger. - when we arrived, there was only 1/3 of a toiletpaper role available. I think thats a bit cheap. - one of the duvets was a summer duvet. It was fixed quickly by the owner, but again: a bit sloppy. - personally i dont understand the high table with high seats. Lower table with normal seats would have been more comfortable. - shower could use a curtain and maybe somtehing to cover the window (it feels like neighbours can look into the bathroom, but not sure if thats the case)

Private sauna, hot tub and roof top are incredible.

The appartment was clean, warm, and comfortable. It has been perfect for our 2 days stay.

The apartment is small and cozy, with modern design and a bus stop conveniently located right nearby. However, we occasionally experienced an unpleasant smell, likely from the bathroom drain. We had only 2 toilet papers for 5 days. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the window shutter was broken, letting in light that made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, there was also no flexibility for a late check-out.

Nice and quite location, appartment is very nice and has all the needs.. Garage with assigned parking was very handy! We enjoyed our stay!
