- Very friendly - Clean - Location - Quiet

The apartment is at the 3rd floor and there are 50+ steps and no lifts.

I have been in many trips but the host from this apartment in Flachau was the best I have ever met! We went on a ski trip and this apartment was the best choice for our trip. The owner is very nice, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely come and stay here again, for ski trip or summer holiday. It has free parking right in front of the block. If you do not have a car, the ski bus is very, very close (2 min walk). Restaurants and supermarkets are also easy to get to. The apartment is well positioned. There are different ski stations which are very close to the apartment and easy to get to. The apartment is clean and it has anything you need for your stay, is well equipped. The owner left in the apartment a lot of goodies for us to eat and drink (food perfect for breakfast or a snack, sweets, water, soda, juice, wine, etc.). We also found maps and different brouchers that helped a lot with organzing our trip. Can't wait to come again! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Dr. Gottfried Winter was super nice and caring. There was a variety of foods and drinks that he welcomed us to use. The apartment is well equipped and has everything that is needed for a stay and even more. Much recommended

The host communicates well with the guests. The apartment is very cute and comfortable to use and stay. The host is a pleasant and generous conversationalist.

Everything was perfect. This property has a great location with nice surroundings and it is also a good starting point to for example Hallstat, Salzburg and many others. Therme just 5 min away. Big, free parking spot. Host is such a nice and helpful person! We didnt even expect this place will be so well equipped. It had everything we needed, such as cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, pots, dishes etc. Even more! Host shared the food with us. We were very very pleased. Apartment itself is very cozy, warm and clean with mountain view. It is also pet friendly which was important for us. Property offers access to sauna on ground floor as well. We could definitely come back there!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great!

House owner is very friendly. The price is quite good for the area (only if you drive). The food selection in the apartment is pretty good and on top of that, free of charge!

You have to bring your luggage all the way to the top floor which is 4th floor without elevator. No terrace. The matress is too soft thus it is uncomfortable.
