Die Lage, nicht weit von Bad Reichenhall und Salzburg ist für uns ideal. Es gibt einen Bäcker ein paar Meter entfernt. Die Pizzeria im Haus ist empfehlenswert und nebenan gibt es ein Hotel mit gutem Restaurant! Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen.

Beim Rein- und Rausgehen (immer wenn Pizzeria geschlossen ist) die Haustür auf und zuschließen zu müssen, ist etwas nervig.

La ubicación. Esta en un pueblo que linda con Alemania que parece dibujado. Todo su entorno es perfecto. El hotel es una típica casa de campiña Austriaca. Planta baja de material y las superiores de madera. El edificio está restaurado a nuevo y con un gran gusto y detalles. El departamento es encantador. Supercomodo. Con balcón con vistas panorámicas bellísimas. La cama enorme y supercomoda con todo lo necesario para pasar una larga estancia. Lo recomendamos fervientemente. Excelente relación precio y calidad.

Our host provided us with a free local transportain pass that allowed us to take the bus to and from downtown Salzburg rather than drive our car and struugle with directions and parking, etc. It made for a very pleasant travel to and from Salzburg from our cute little village of Grossgmain. The Kaiser Karl suites are spacious, lovely and modern, combined with the uniqueness of a building close to 500 yrs. old. For those looking for a nice restaurant, there ois one on the ground floor of the building. was a great location from which to cross the border and drive to Bertesgaden to visit the famed Eagles nest. We loved our experience here - and definitley recommend

The bed was ok and would have been much better with extra pillows.

Optimale Lage des Hauses. Unmittelbar an deutscher Grenze und an der Bushaltestelle nach Bad Reichenhall bzw. Salzburg. Ebenerdig ein gutes italienisches Lokal. Bäckerei, Lebensmittel und Tankstelle in der Nähe.

Ausgesprochen anonym.Wir wussten erst nach ein paar Tagen durch Zufall, das die Vermieterin im Haus wohnt. Mülltrennung war problematisch. Den Bioabfall mussten wir selbst in öffentlichen Mülleimern entsorgen. Fernbedienung des Fernsehers hat nicht immer funktioniert. Die Tischplatte auf dem Balkon hatte ein Rattangeflecht, nicht sehr hygienisch und Gegenstände standen sehr unstabil. Besteck und Geschirr nur in zweifacher Ausführung.

Logement très propre, calme, joliment meublé, tout en bois et bien équipé. De très beaux tapis couvraient les planchers. Mme Zimmerebner, disponible et aimable, nous a donné toutes les informations demandées. Très bien situé pour visiter Salzbourg et sa région.
